For the hot tub we require a 2.2m by 2.2m flat surface for the hot tub and 3m by 3m for gazebo. We can install on Grass, Decking or Patio. Please note if the decking is more than 2ft high we will not install.

We'll deliver and set up the tubs for you and we will arrange a time with you a few days before hire and give you a delivery window. It will take around 60 mins to set up ready for the filling process. Once set up we connect a hose and adapter to your kitchen or bathroom tap for hot fills or outdoor tap for cold fills (water will take longer to heat if you choose this method). Once everything is set up and the tub is filling someone will need to be home until the tub fills to turn the tap off (a few hours). The tub will not be 'usable' for the first 24 hours typically while the water gets upto temperature and while the initial dose of chlorine settles in thew water.

The tubs are easy to use. We will leave you with a USER GUIDE and ERROR GUIDE. In the rare event if you have any problems during your hire drivers simply let us know as we'll be around for call outs until 6pm. Charges may be applied if not a fault with our equipment. 

We'll usually empty and clean the tub on site before we take it away, pumping the water down a drain. We'll clean the tub and take it away. Therefore we will need access to a plug socket and a drain and a hose pipe (you don't need to be in for collection but we'll need access to a plug socket/extension and water).
